  • Internet or other similar network activity: Online behaviour, interest data, and interactions with our and other websites, applications, systems and advertisements.
  • Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law: Gender (anonymised)
  • Professional or employment-related information: Business contact details (in order to provide you our services), job title, work history and professional qualifications (if you apply for a job with us).
  • Inferences drawn from other personal information: Inferences drawn from any of the collected personal information listed about to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual's preferences and characteristics.

We may also collect other kinds of personal information from you when you interact with us in person, online, by phone, or by mail in the following situations:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you. We will not charge you if we provide you with a copy, but we may charge a reasonable administrative fee if you request further copies.
  • Ask to to correct any inaccurate data
  • Object to us holding certain data about you
  • Withdraw any consent you have given to us
  • Ask us to errase your data, though for legal reasons we might not always be able to do it
  • Restrict us from using your data for certain purposes (e.g. direct marketing, research, and in certain circumstances 'legitimate interests')

Information automatically collected.

Automatically collected information which includes your IP address and the type of device you are using.

When you visit, use, or navigate the website, we automatically collect some information about you. This information does not reveal your name or contact information, but it may include information about your device and how you use it, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our website, and other technical information. This information is mostly needed to keep our website safe and running, as well as for our own internal analytics and reporting.

Like many other businesses, we use cookies and other similar technologies to collect information. The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is information about service, diagnostics, usage, and performance that is automatically collected by our servers when you visit or use our website. This information is stored in log files. 3. What legal bases do we rely on to process your information?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As a result, we may process your personal information based on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract. We may use your personal information when we think it's necessary to meet our obligations under our contract with you, such as providing our services, or when you ask us to do so before we enter into a contract with you.

We can use your information when we think it's reasonable to do so in order to meet our legitimate business interests, as long as those interests don't come before your interests, basic rights, and freedoms. For example, we may use some of the listed reasons to process your personal information in order to:

    • Look at how our services are used to see how we can improve them to keep people interested and coming back.

In some exceptional cases, we may be allowed by law to use your information without your permission. For example:

  • If it is clear that the collection is in the best interest of a person and consent cannot be gotten in a timely manner,
  • For investigations and finding and stopping fraud

  • If the information is available to the public and is specified by the regulations

4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ("third parties") who work for us or on our behalf and need access to such information to do their jobs. We have agreements with third parties that are meant to keep your personal information safe. This means that they won't be able to do anything with your private information unless we tell them to. They also won't give your personal information to any other company besides us. They promise to keep our information safe and only keep it for as long as we tell them to. 6. How long do we keep your information?

We'll only keep your information for as long as it's needed for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless the law requires or lets us keep it for longer (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete it or make it anonymous. If this is not possible (for example, if your personal information is stored in backup archives), we will store it safely and keep it from being used for anything else until it can be deleted.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We have put in place reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect any personal information we handle. Despite our precautions and efforts to keep your information safe, we can't promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties won't be able to get around our security and collect, access, steal, or change your information. We will do our best to keep your personal information safe, but it is at your own risk to send personal information to and from our website. You should only access the website when you are in a secure environment.

8. Do we collect information from Minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the website, you are saying that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and give permission for that minor to use the website. If we find out that personal information from users younger than 18 years old has been collected, we will do what we can to dispose of that information as soon as possible. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. 10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile apps have a "Do-Not-Track" (DNT) setting or feature that you can turn on to show that you don't want your online browsing activities to be tracked and recorded. At this point, there is no finalised technology standard for recognising and using DNT signals. As a result, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other way that your choice not to be tracked online is automatically sent to us. If an online tracking standard is made that we must follow in the future, we will let you know about it in a revised version of this privacy policy.

11. Do we make updates to this policy?

Yes, we will change this policy as needed to make sure it stays compliant with relevant laws.

The updated version will have a new "revised" date, and it will take effect as soon as it is accessible on the website. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may let you know by putting a notice in a prominent place.
